Survival after disaster is always something I think about. Cooking off grid is a very important skill that maybe overlooked. This is a pressure cooker review of sorts.

I got to thinking I have a lot of rice & beans stored which generally requires long cook times. If we ever have to endure extended periods off grid I better know how to cook in a survival situation without electricity and with the least amount of time and expenditure of fuel. This GSI pressure cooker is perfect and definitely going into my preps and survival gear stockpile.
