Follow up after all updates, the static stayed.

DJI Mavic Mini "motor error. check propellers and fly with caution" and video static crash for DJI to review from live feed

This flight loses connection with the remote. lost satellite connection, lost remote connection with the red arrow at the bottom.

When i changed from speeds cinema, normal, sport... i was doing it a few times earlier. when i did that into cinema (slow) the [ Ссылка ] the drone went sideways. an error appears saying "motor error. check propellers and fly with caution." Then it started spiraling down showing purple static and the current ticket it is under. This was just after doing updates on everything with the first support response said i should try and another sd card. NOW, the camera is cracked, the bottom vents is cracked. when i turn the drone on now, it does its power up as normal, then i hear a engine running nonstop. if i flip it the noise stops. the drone doesnt connect with the remote.

When DJI sent me a replacement from a confirmed error by DJI and they sent me this one. from day 1 the static has been happening.

his turned out to be more of an issue. originally the drone flew away and DJI replaced the mini mavic. from day 1 i been having connection lost and static pictures. which is the reason for this video for DJI. There is no flyaway video footage, but i can attach a pic of the result to the end sending me a replacement dji mini mavic. Original ticket for flyaway drone confirmed error on behalf DJI. AFTER DJI got the drone back for repair. and about 30 email and 10 phone calls. DJI sent me an invoice. WHILE UNDER WARRANTY
