The shoes that we wear everyday are apparently causing a ton of pain throughout our body (feet, back, ankle, and neck pain), because they don't allow us to walk how we're designed to. In this video we explore the history of shoes and how barefoot shoes in my opinion actually have not solved the problem, allowing us to walk naturally, having stronger more pain free bodies, but instead for the everyday common person increase the risk of injury and actually possess far more downside to any benefit. a response to @heymikehanna who put up a really great argument for the benefits of this shoe.... Basically this is my response to this !
