This Episode I was fortunate enough to be joined by New York Times best selling author Brian P. Moran. In addition to being a New York Times Best selling author for his book the 12 Week Year, Brian is also a motivational keynote speaker and widely recognized leadership thought leader.

We start this episode talking a little bit about Brian's work history and how he got to this point in his career, as well as some past career experience he had before he went off to start his own business and started writing books with his partner Michael Lennington.

We also get into some good conversation about how to be as productive as possible, which he talks about in his book the 12 Week Year. Then we talk about redefining what it means to be held accountable, and changing the negative stigma around the word accountability, which he talks about in his new book Uncommon Accountability.
