The situation has became impossible as the total number of rooms in Harare is 1000 when only the heads of states and their staff needs 400 rooms.

The situation represents a diplomatic and security nightmare as these hotels are already booked by guests and the Zimbabwe government is blacklisted after failing to pay millions due the hotels owed for parliamentarians stays.
