I like the reputation. We have a presence in the industry and we're not going anywhere. We're not going to close our doors tomorrow. It's won a lot of great places to work awards, and I was blown away by how highly it's thought of in the industry.

Culture is fantastic! I love it, I have so much fun with it. We have so much fun coming up with games every month for everyone. They are nationwide games, so we think outside of the box to get all of our 50 states involved across the nation.

The Leadership funnels all the way down to boots on the ground. Rick, Patty, and Christy are so involved, their wonderful attitudes filter down to all of us, so you can't help but feel good about that leadership and that way of doing business.

One of the best things about working here is the Technology that we offer through the mobile apps. So, we have GoGo LO, GoGo Partner, and GoGo Home. They're very easy to use. You are allowed to just essentially run your business from your phone and it's amazing. You can send an email, you can contact your real estate partner, the listing agent, whoever's involved in the file, it really simplifies it, so that's one of my favorite things about it.

So the Diversity at New American Funding is a broad spectrum. It makes me proud that I'm aligning myself with a company that offers, and has the same vision and value proposition as my own. Even at my personal branch, I have different loan officers from different backgrounds that are becoming very successful due to our diversity market here with New American Funding has offered to them.

There's no other company out there like New American Funding. They provide us all the Marketing Support that we need so that I can get out there and do my job and originate. Flyers, email campaigns, door hangers, postcards, social media posts, reputation management resources, you name it.

It has to be the Training. NAF provides a support system of information and educational opportunities that's invaluable to my daily success. Launch Lab basically started my real career in mortgage. It taught me everything I needed to know as far as sales went, products went, how to do it on the computer, everything I needed as far as what I perform in my daily role.

Having strong Ethical Standards here at New American Funding really promotes our team mentality, because everyone's on the same page. Everyone's working for our clients, which made me feel really great about being part of this amazing team.

You know the feeling behind having such good people behind everything I think is because we all put out this positive energy, right. You go to another company and it's all about metrics and numbers and things like that. Here, you're not just a number. Here, you have the opportunity to invest yourself into this company.
