Our Maritime climate truly has a way of bringing out the best wines! Remarkably so that winemakers and industry professionals came together to form a committee that created Tidal Bay, our very first wine appellation. It’s a collaboration that currently has 12 wine-makers who make their own version of this crisp, fragrant white wine that is a true representation of our province’s climate and rocky clay-rich soil among other factors!
