Here's a rundown of the current Armor sets in game, where to find them and the individual stats they give per piece.

Ultimate Dobart Set - The best starter set get this to +5 for easy DP

Agerian - From Velia
Gloves - 1 Attk/Cast Speed
Helm - stuin/stiff resist +15%
Armor - HP+50
Boots - Move Speed +1

Talis - From Dobart in Calpheon

Helm - Grapple res 15%
