Spinach (paalak) 400 gms
Mustard Leaves (sarson) 600-700 gms
green chili 6
Ginger 2-inch piece
water 1 and half cup
Desi ghee 2-3 tbsp
Garlic 12-15 cloves
Tomato (desi tomato) 5 medium sized
Makki ka aata (aalan) 3 tsp
salt to taste
garam masala 1 tsp
butter for garnishing
