CAUTION: This OCD can be missed! If you're playing the PC version then you don't have to worry so long as you're playing version 1.30. On the WiiWare version you are only able to get the OCD until you beat the next level, "Deliverance". After you beat that level it is impossible to get OCD.

To get OCD in this level you need to beat it in 15 moves or less.

Use 8 of the "Games" blocks to build a vertical tower up to MOM. Fortunately, it's not as difficult as it might seem. I recommend clicking on either side of the "Games" icon so that the blocks turn vertical more easily.

You only actually have to stack 7 on top of each other. After that you can grab the 8th block and take it up to MOM and click on her once you let go of the block.
