Serves 4

Ingredients:-

1. Handful Pea in Pod
2. Handful Broad beans
3. 1 potato
4. 2 Ripe tomatoes
5. Handful Shallots ( Eshing tilhou)
6. Some strands of Hooker chives (napaakpi) spring onion or chives can be used.
7. Ginger 20 g
8. Fermented fish/Ngari
9. Handful smoked fish
10. Freshly prepared chilli paste 1 teaspoon
11. Salt to taste
12 Coriander leaves for garnishing.
