1 ½ cups chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
1 pomegranate - seeded
pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt together chocolate and coconut oil. I microwaved mine in 3 30 seconds intervals.
Add pomegranate seeds to a large bowl. Pour over chocolate, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spoon out pomegranate onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper into small and evenly sized clusters. Sprinkle salt over clusters
