Storm Brand Elementalist League Starter for 3.19 in Path of Exile.
Patch notes have dropped, and this build will be valid for 3.19. However, it will be more expensive.
1. Unique items will drop less often.
2. POB has been updated to reflect spell suppression lost on boots. To compensate, we should replace the + to life with "10% chance to gain elusive on critical strike."
3. Haste has been buffed, and should also be replaced by vaal haste for a large up to movement speed, and casting speed. This also affects brand activation frequency. Should be smoother and quicker!
4. Wrath must be Divergent Wrath to maintain three 50% reservation auras in shield.
5. Our boots should now have herald of thunder, elemental focus, galvanic field, and onslaught support. Galvanic field will go on our skill button next to vaal discipline and be cast periodically! Our middle button will be vaal haste instead of portal.
