You can do this with towel or usb cord, stick, bar or anything similar shape.
If you want a healthy and mobile shoulders, do this daily, at least 10 times with each grip.
Especially important and beneficial if you practice handstands or yoga a lot , to balance all the pushing movements.
Each time try to move your hands closer, till it’ll be relatively hard, but doable.
