Here's a quick rundown of the differences on paper:
- Metcon 7's are slightly heavier
-The drop on the NoBull Trainer is several mm's shorter
- NoBull trainers have a harder sole
- Shoelaces on the Metcon 7 won't come undone as quickly

In our test workout we discovered that:
- Lifting with the Metcon 7's was MUCH better
- The NoBull's didn't feel tight
- Better support on the Metcon 7's
- Jumping and running felt better on the Metcon 7's
- Much better grip on the Metcon 7's
