Please remember that packet size is up to you and do season each packet to taste. Go heavy on seasoning if you're not having it with the sauce...
Ingredients:
3 yellow potatoes cubed(I do prefer red but...I just used what was at home 😄)
4 corns each cut in thirds or fourths
The potatoes and corn were boiled for about 3 minutes in salted water then both drained and cooled down. If you are using larger pieces of seafood that take longer than shrimp, you may not have to parboil the potatoes and corn just cut them small.
2 lbs large, jumbo or colossal shrimp deveined, in shell
About 1/2 stick butter melted
Juice from half a lemon
Dry Parsley
Cajun spice
Paprika
Salt
Ground Pepper
