Tanning bed vs Milligauss meter & RF meter.
The built in fan that cools the lights is the reason for the high milliguass magnetic field, this fan can not be turned off like the one that cools you as you tan.
This cooling fan for the lights should be built outside of the bed and well away from the human body for safety reasons.
I`m sure they could very easily tie in the air conditioning to a hose and regulate how much gets throught to the lights to keep them cool, just one idea....
