Here is the recipe written in a very simple form:

My Soft Butter Roll Recipe!

In your mixer add:
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tsp instant yeast
3 tbls sugar

Then in this order add:
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1/4 cup potato flakes
4 tbls soft butter
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 egg

Mix to form a dough ball. Add more flour if you need to. Then knead 5-7 min.
Rise 1 hour
Roll out and shape roll balls.
Rise 1 hour
Bake 350 for 25-30 min.
Then butter the tops of the rolls when they come out of the over for extra soft butteriness! 😆👍🏻
