INSTANT GREEN CHILLI AND GARLIC PICKLE

Ingredients:
100 gm green chilli
100 gm garlic
4 tbs mustard oil
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbs mustard seeds
2 tsp fenugreek seed
3 tbs fennel seeds
1 tsp assoffotida
1 tsp mustard seed
Salt as per taste
6 tbs vinegar

Method:
Wash the green chilli and dry.
Peel the garlic.
Roast fenugreek seed and fennel seeds.
In a jar add roasted fenugreek seed and fennel seeds & mustard seed.
Grind it.
In this grinded masala add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Now in a bowl add vinegar and add in tha grinded masala mix.
Mix it well.
In a pan add mustard oil.
Add musturd seed and assoffotida.
Now add green chilli and garlic.
Add salt.
Add masala paste.
Mix it well.
Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
It's ready now.
Let it cool down completely.
Now fill this in a glass jaar and enjoy this pickle with your meal.
