Veg Malai Sandwich

Veg malai sandwich is one of the easy , simple & quick recipe made with cream(malai) & veggies of your choice or availability.
Cut the veggies very finely or you can use chopper for the same.
Use any bread of your choice for this recipe.
This sandwich can be served either warm or cold.
If you like cold sandwich then cut the sides of the bread & just fill the stuffing & enjoy.
If you like hot ,then grill or tawa toast or
use the sandwich maker for the same or fill the stuffing in toasted bread .
If you want to make it mire spicy then apply chutney with the butter on bread slices.
