A resistance contact near Paris is killed by the Germans while Lisa is visiting him in France. She is arrested, but claims she was simply attempting to hire a bicycle from him. Her Uncle Gaston is held and questioned by Kessler, and Lifeline's survival is now at risk. In custody, the other prisoners question Lisa about her identity, and she decides to trust them in order to escape before her true identity is uncovered. She escapes, but Gaston is not as fortunate and dies when he attempts to do so.
Featuring Jan Francis, Bernard Hepton, Christopher Neame, James Bree, Maria Charles.
*At 37:46-39:52 copyrighted music was removed, along with a muting of all (co)incident sound. This episode was re-uploaded on this channel, with that music restored, when the warning was removed.
*The video's end is not cut off, but occasionally the video trim that YouTube requires just cuts the video at the precise finish, which is what happens here. I have, at the beginning of the description for each episode, noted when dialog is cut off at the end and reproduced that, which is usually just one line. That's due to the theme song's beginning being cut off, which is part of the entire Secret Army series being copyright protected, hence not able to be completely downloaded, on YouTube.
