Our country shut down just like the rest of the world. So grocery shopping for my vegan family turned out to be okay. All the veggies were still there and ready for us to eat. I was worried all of it would be gone, but what was really taken from our stores was all the canned and processed food. So we learned how to rehydrate dried beans because all the canned ones were flying off the shelves. This vegan grocery haul is still pretty much what we tend to buy on a weekly basis.
