Officers massed by the thousands on Fifth Avenue for New York City's second police funeral in less than a week. They mourned Officer Wilbert Mora at St. Patrick's Cathedral on Wednesday, hours after yet another colleague was shot and wounded elsewhere in the city. Mora and his police partner, Jason Rivera, were shot Jan. 21 while responding to a call about a domestic argument in Harlem. The 27-year-old Mora joined the New York Police Department in October 2018 after graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
