Hello family!! Tonight’s video was requested on Friday, but unfortunately got lost in the sea of comments. Just know if you requested a video on nightmares, this is it! In this video, I’ll be creating what’s called “nightmare prevention”, mixing normal manipulative hypnosis (no, nothing sinister), by simply using certain hand movements with positive words, and focus techniques using my hands and eyes. I’ll be throwing off your brain prior to sleep using these techniques to throw off your subconscious, meaning it won’t focus on much other than what it’s viewing directly before sleep.
