4 Easy Salads Recipe:
1. Broccoli Paneer Salad | Broccoli Paneer Salad |
Ingredients
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped capsicum - 150 grams
Half boiled babycorn - 150 grams
Half boiled corn - 200 grams
Half boiled chopped broccoli - 200 grams
Chopped paneer - 200 grams
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add butter and chopped garlic. Saute well. Add chilli flakes, oregano, chopped capsicum and chopped baby corn. Saute well. Add half boiled corn and chopped broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped paneer, white pepper and salt. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
2. Lettuce and Pita Bread Salad
Ingredients:
Whole-Wheat Pita Bread
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
4 tbsp Spring onion greens
150 gm Cherry Tomato, cut in half
1 tbspFresh Lemon Juice
200 gm Lettuce leaves, torn into pieces bite-sized
200 gm Cucumber, sliced long
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut pita bread into 4 pieces. Roast and toast them. Allow them to cool and break the roasted pitas into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, salt and pepper. To this, add the olive oil. Add and toss the lettuce, parsley, spring onion greens, cucumber and tomatoes together. Now add the roasted pita pieces.
3. Toss and serve the healthy salad.
3. Jalapeño Salad

Ingredients
Chopped tomatoes - 4 mid sized
Chopped onion - 1 mid sized
Jalapeño - 25 gm
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, jalapeño, oregano, salt and red wine vinegar. Mix well. Add lemon juice, chopped coriander and mix well. Add olive oil and mix well.
4. Greek Salad
Ingredients
150 gm Iceberg lettuce leafs
150gm Salad red leaf
100gm Chopped Green Apple
1 Chopped tomato
4 Chopped spring onions
150gm Chopped feta cheese
200gm Chopped cucumber
10 Black Olives
Dressing
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the salad into a deep bowl.
2. Add the dressing and toss well.
3. Serve immediately.
