Same poem, different cherry trees, bird song instead of car noise. These are some cherry trees in the copse at the end of our orchard. We planted these cherry trees, the very tall two were wildlings rescues from the roadside planted in 1992, the smaller ones (only 12 feet tall) we bought from Buckingham nurseries abuot 5 years ago. the birds eat all teh cherries, we hope they may yield vauable timber in 15 more years, for now they are, lovely.
