Progressions:

•One touch finish is worth x2 goals.
• Defender goal on weak foot x2 goals.
• If defenders can press to regain and counter to score within 10 seconds its double the value.

Session notes:

•Each little game that is played is always overloaded.
•If a defending team can press to regain they can counter attack to steal the points.
•Attacking players encouraged to always play forward and make good runs to get in on goal.
