THIS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGAN – 2713 – THE DORM ROOM OF MICHAEL DELL WHERE HE FOUNDED THE COMPANY: Dell today announced that it has signed on as an official partner for Web Summit 2014, taking place in Dublin from November 4th – 6th. The company, a long-time advocate for encouraging policies and practices that support and enable entrepreneurial growth globally, will run a number of sessions during the event to provide counsel on business strategy and the deployment of technology to entrepreneurs attending from across the globe. Onsite, Dell will have a lounge reminiscent of the university dorm room where the company was started by Michael Dell in 1984.
