Additional gear option: drop Quetzal for Ravenlore. You have to drop a skill ring and drop some of the +1 slams for FCR instead. The end goal is 99 fcr with good res. Ravenlore makes resists easier as it gives all res. You'll drop a skill ring for a 20fcr ring. You end up losing 2 ele skills overall and have to dump more into Gust instead of Oak Sage, but it's definitely another way to play it for more fire pierce.
