This deck is centered around one of my favorite monster effects in the entire game. Yes, Ocean Dragon lord - Neo-Daedalus (who has a rather lengthy name to keep typing) has what may be described as a more powerful variant of the mighty Chaos Emperor Dragon's effect. The Emperor may be easier to get onto the field, but having a 2900 ATK monster as the only card on the field or in anyone's hand beats some burn damage almost any day.

Whether a serious or casual player, you should definitely take a closer look at this card and this deck.
