In their original police interview on February 10, 2022 - Trooper Proctor and Trooper Bukhenik said Julie and Chris Albert were present at the Waterfall Bar and Grill the night of January 28, 2022 and then followed to Brian Albert's home in the early moming hours of January 29, 2022. The purpose of the interview on February 10, 2022 was to get their recollection of events both at the bar and then from 34 Fairview Rd.

Since then, Julie now claims that she never went to Fairview and instead went home after the Waterfall Bar because she had a migraine.

Also in the February 10, 2022 interview, Julie told police that she was asleep at 4:55 AM on January 29, 2022, when her phone woke her up and it was a missed call from Jen Mccabe and that is how she found out about John dying.
