Another episode for my How to Make a Base Wreath series...this time, the Folded Ruffle Method. An amazing FULL wreath using this method.

Back in October of 2021, I showed how to create a base wreath using the Ruffle Method...today's method is similar, but with a little added bonus...and almost DOUBLE RUFFLE...lol.

MATERIALS USED:
18" Wire wreath frame
21" Deco mesh (40' used to make this wreath)
Pipe cleaners
Rotary cutter (or scissors)
Cutting mat (if you have one, or just use a table top)
Measuring tool - ruler
Glue gun
Glue sticks
