Ingredients
Chicken - 700 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Curd - 100 grams
Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
Bay leaves - 3
Gol mirch / Black pepper-con - 10
Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger sliver - 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chillies - 4
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Cornflour + water - 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add chicken, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add curd and mix well. Keep aside.
In a kadhai add cooking oil, bay leaves, gol mirch / black peppercorn, chopped garlic, ginger slivers and mix well.
Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Cook for 10 mins.
Add green chillies, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and cook for 10 mins.
Mix well and cook for 15 mins. Add cornflour + water mix. Mix well.
