Brief overview of generative AI in ServiceNow Vancouver (patch 2) for Now Assist and Generative AI for both Creator and ITSM. I used the OpenAI API as part of the Generative AI Controller. The demo shows the Now Assist panel, Resolution Summarizer for Incidents as part of ITSM, text to code for Creator, and Flow Recommendations for Creator.
