2005 F150 4.6L exhaust manifold replacement with broken studs being fixed. This truck had an exhaust leak at the donut portion of the manifold due to a crack. So, I performed an entire exhaust manifold replacement as the donut portion is made into the manifold itself. Almost all the studs broke off and I had to use a torch to head up the area around the studs to remove them. All but one was extracted.
