I finally did it. Probably the most luck based solo heist I did so far.
The winch part was a little dirty, since I was not able to use it the "tricky" way from the windows because of the cops in the backalley. I lost some time trying to figure out what to do, so I had to do an extra circle, but I still got it and that's the important part.
