For the final award at the 2017 Rainforest Alliance Gala, we honored an extraordinary group of individuals and institutions with the Sustainable Development Champions Award. These honorees are working alongside local and indigenous communities in Guatemala's Petén region to promote the economic, environmental, and social health of the Maya Biosphere Reserve and its communities.
