In this video, we take a look at How to Update the latest firmware for the Sony A7R V, ILCE-7RM5. Firmware or System Software Version 2.01.
To update your firmware:
General Guideline
1. Download the firmware update file from the Sony website.
2. Format a memory card in the camera.
3. Copy the firmware update file to the memory card.
4. Insert the memory card into the camera.
5. Turn on the camera and select the "Setup" menu.
6. Scroll down to the "Version" tab and select "Update".
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Once the update is complete, your camera will be running the latest firmware version.
