This map is much easier than the previous one. The only difficult part is killing the Cyberdemon in the narrow corridor with 2 BFG shots. Sometimes he comes directly towards you in the beginning, and sometimes he infights with some of the enemies on the walls.
The enemies at the beginning don't teleport in very fast, and you don't have much shotgun ammo, so I save them for when I loop back around later, if possible. I did miss killing a spectre occasionally though, so have to be careful with this. The Lost Souls here are rather annoying, as befitting the typical Lost Soul. If you hide behind the wall near the blood lake, you can wake up the demons and shotgunners 1 at a time so you can concentrate on killing them. It may be faster to be more aggressive and kill them in the blood.
Ideally you can kill all 3 barons and all 4 cacodemons with 4 shots of the BFG. The Barons are simple, but sometimes the cacos don't cooperate. Opening up the eye target and switch before shooting the bigger demons with the BFG might be faster here too, just need to make sure the smaller enemies don't then get in the way as you come back.
It may be possible to play with the lift more and save the invulnerability for later, but other than the Cyberdemon there really isn't anything that kills you, and this seems like it will be much slower.
I found getting the Cyberdemon into the first hallways to be rather consistent, although it may be faster to head into the maze to kill demons first, hoping to lure the Cyberdemon to the center as you loop back around. You can pick up some energy cells in the maze, which might give this more aggressive route an extra BFG shot earlier (maybe it could be used in the lift room, but timing is pretty generous there, and the only other thought I have is to kill enemies on top of the walls or to kill another Cacodemon). The problem is the Cyber tends to get trapped in the starting hallway if you venture around the right side into the maze, so not sure how useable this tactic would be.
There is 1 demon in the far corner of the Cyberdemon maze. Not sure the best route for dealing with it. Need to be careful here to kill all the demons. Running across the teleport pads can definitely be done faster, was being extra careful not to fall off here.
It's possible to kill both Barons in the tower with a single BFG shot, but I can't quite manage it consistently. That saves a final shot for the 2 Cacodemons at the end.
For some reason the exit to the secret level isn't tagged as a secret, so no need to visit it in a single level UV-Max run.
Under 4:00 should be easy to achieve with a better execution of this route.
