Ingredients for Palak Dal Tadka
Boiled arhar or tur dal- 1 bowl
Finely chopped spinach or palak-1 bowl
mustard oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Asafoetida or hing- 1 pinch
green chilli- 1
Grated ginger garlic- 1 tbsp
Onion chopped- 1 medium sized
tomato chopped- 1 medium sized
Haldi or turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
salt- as per taste
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Desi ghee- 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tsp
