Prof. Richard Whish – Emeritus Professor of Law at King’s College London; KC Honoris Causa. A non-executive director of the Office of Fair Trading in the UK (2003 to 2009). Prof. Whish is the co-author, with David Bailey, of Competition Law, 10th edition 2021 (OUP).

Professor Whish is one of the most competent, authoritative and clear voices in the global competition law & policy community.
