While there's not actually a limit to the amount of times your ex-spouse can file an action against you in your family or divorce matter, if it seems like your spouse is filing these frivolously, you can seek motions to get sanctions against that spouse and make them pay for your attorney's fees for having to go through another court hearing if that matter was frivolous. Now if there is an actual reason why they're taking you back to court, if there's a valid underlying factor, then the court's going to allow them to do that, but generally speaking, the court is not going to be happy if your spouse just keeps bringing you back for no reason at all.
