The cars that appear in your auto shop for repair can also be purchased by you, the player--with all the modifications for free I might add.

Some of the cars that you can traditionally fix have been removed from the in-game websites.

Will they stay in the repair rotation? I'm willing to bet yes. They only modified the websites, and they said there would be other ways to buy them.
