What are the countries with the highest female population? Every 11th of July has been marked by the United Nations as World Population Day. The idea is to devote the day to the discussion of the population issues in the world. One of such issues is a gender imbalance. There are countries with more females than males and some countries have more males than females. According to the latest United Nations estimates, there are slightly more men than women in the world. But they are not evenly distributed. While there are more men than women in the Middle East and Northern Africa, anxiety is high in some countries about teeming women without men to marry them. The women population there is very high in such countries. Here is a list of 12 countries with the highest female population.
Armenia
Armenia is a landlocked republic in southwestern Asia. Population issues will not readily come to mind when contemplating the situation of this country that is formerly Asian soviet. But in modern Armenia, there are more females than males in the total population of 2,963,000.

In this small western Asian country officially known as the Republic of Armenia, the percentage of the total population of women is 52.7. According to reliable contemporary history, this country has been invaded and oppressed for 2,500 years by its neighbors. Some historians and population experts are of the opinion that those invasions, oppressions, and trampling play some roles in decimating males in Armenian as they are often the targets of the oppressors.

El Salvador
Many women in the Central American country of El Salvador are hoping and waiting to find some men to call their personal husbands. El Salvadorian women constitute 53.18 percent of the total population of 6,486,000. It’s currently not possible for every one of about 3,450,000 women to find their men among about 3,036,000, going by the 2020 CIA factbook.
One sure thing about Salvadoran women with their diminutive stature is that they are quite popular all over the world due to their distinct look making them stand out to foreign suitors. Though El Salvador is one of the 12 countries with the highest female population, the women need not worry as such. Yes, they are from South America. Some attractive traits are in Salvadorian women which are the dream of every serious man in search of a foreign bride.
Belarus
European countries also are not free from the scourge of overpopulation of women. Belarus, a European country, officially known as the Republic of Belarus, is one of the 12 countries with the highest female population. This landlocked country in Eastern Europe and formerly a part of the European soviet has a population of 9,449,000.

Belarusian women make up 53.44 percent of the entire population of the country. If the trend remains unchanged, about 5,050,000 women in Belarus may have to run after the 4,399,000 men. These females are superwomen. But there are not enough men for them.

Russian
Slightly higher than the case of Belarus is that of Russia as one of the 12 countries with the highest female population. There are only about 87 men for every 100 women in Russia.
