This was a tough workout. It ended up being 240 squats, 150 pushups, 80 pull-ups 28 deadlifts and 2 miles of running. I did it on 54 minutes with some breathers in there. The hardest part for me was the pull-ups. They wore me down fast! Give it a try and let me know how you did. If you feel like this is out of your scope, you can modify it to your capabilities.
