Grilled Ribeye with Beef Tallow Fries are the perfect combo! 🥩🍟🔥

Today I am making this epic Grilled Ribeye with Beef Tallow Fries. Going to start by scoring the outside of the ribeye to help develop a nice crust, then dry brine in the fridge. Next, we will thinly slice up some fries and fry them in that Wagyu Beef Tallow! They smelled amazing so you know they tasted amazing. Grilled up the steak over the coals basting in a garlic infused beef tallow with an herb brush. This came out so freakin delicious!
