Ingredients- A bitter melon, some eggs, garlic, salt, sugar (optional), oil.
I'll run you through it because our narrator is easily distracted and doesn't explain things well.
1. Cut open the bitter melon and remove the insides.
2. Cut the remaining melon into slices.
3. Boil them for 3- 5 minutes (this is the only part I remember clearly).
4. Scramble the eggs and take them out.
5. Dry your wok and add oil.
6.Stir-fry some garlic, re-add the bitter melon, and eggs.
7. Add salt and sugar.
8. Take a bite and then give it to someone else to eat.
It's good for health!
