TEDxMSVU speaker Danny Graham asks us to change the question, what do I want to be when I grow up, to, what would I like to be AS I grow up in his talk, “Aging Well: Ask questions, face answers and change course”. In his talk, Danny reflects on his father’s story of success and his own life stage and perspective of success. He challenges us to embark on a journey of self-acceptance as it is through this journey that we will understand who we are and accept who we are called to be. This process of self-exploration and self-acceptance will contribute to our aging well. Danny Graham co-founded and leads a personal development retreat at Windhorse Farm in Nova Scotia, Canada. He is the CEO of Engage Nova Scotia, an NGO inviting members of society to consider what success looks like for them, and to be more collaborative, inclusive and adaptive to change. He was a Chief Negotiator in Aboriginal rights negotiations, spearheaded numerous start-up social innovations and has worked to advance justice reforms that better reflect the needs of communities, victims and offenders in Africa, Europe, Asia and North America. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at [ Ссылка ]
