Here are the locations of each of the 6 rare mobs in Teldrassil in WoW Classic/Vanilla. I'll also talk about the loot that each mob drops. Overall I found Teldrassil quite dissapointing on mob drops, not a single unique green item to be found, a few do have a chance do drop random greens but IMO very dissapointing.
