The Presidents of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland are in Kyiv for talks with president Volodymyr Zelenskyy. However the German President was not invited. German President Steinmeier was planning to join them, but Kyiv rejected the offer.Steinmeier has been criticised for ties with Russia in the past, but has admitted and apologised for past mistakes in Germany's Russia policy.We are now joined by our correspondent, Laura Makin-Isherwood from Latvia.
